No returns. No exchanges. No exceptions.
For special orders, you are responsible for confirming the designer, style, color, and size of each item ordered with the sales associate.
Color can differ slightly between the final merchandise and the color swatch provided, as dye lots may vary.
If your event is cancelled for any reason, all payments made toward your order are non-refundable and a 20% re-stocking fee will be incurred. This policy applies regardless of the reason for cancellation and without exception.
In-store merchandise is sold “as is” because these items have been displayed and may have been tried on, may require cleaning, repairs, or other attention.
By purchasing in-store merchandise, you acknowledge its condition at the time of purchase and agree that any cleaning, repairs, or other necessary work will be your responsibility and will be subject to additional charges.
Alterations may be necessary to achieve the perfect fit! You are not required to use our independent seamstress for alterations, who is NOT an employee of Ultimate Fashions. You have the option to have your merchandise altered by a seamstress of your choice.
If you chose to use the independent seamstress provided by Ultimate Fashions, charges for alterations are not included in the purchase price and will incur a separate charge payable directly to the independent seamstress.
While we take great care to provide quality alteration services, you acknowledge that alterations may involve adjustments to the original design, construction, or fit of the garment. Any concerns regarding alterations should be brought to the attention of the seamstress promptly.
Ultimate Fashions is not responsible for any alterations, modifications, damage, or other issues resulting from work performed by an outside provider.
